Common questions

What happens when the beta ends?

We e-mail you at least 30 days before. If you don't pay, your organization moves to Free. No pipeline, binding or deployment history is deleted.

Do you charge for build minutes or agents?

No. Agents run in your network, on your machines, and connect out to the master. How many agents you connect or how many runs you start doesn't change the price.

Will my deployments stop if I pay late?

No. The renewal link arrives 7 days before the end, and there are 7 more days of grace after it. Then the plan drops to Free: deployments keep running, you just can't add users beyond 4.

Is my card stored? Is there automatic billing?

No. Payment is taken by PayTR and we never see your card. Each period you get a payment link by e-mail; nothing is charged until you pay it.

Where is my data kept?

EJO Cloud runs on servers in Turkey, and every organization gets its own master and its own database. If no data may leave your network, choose the on-prem install.
