To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), you may fill in the information below and send it to [Company name] ("EJO"). This form is not mandatory; any application containing the information required by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller is accepted.

First: is your request for EJO or for your organization?

• If you have signed up for EJO Cloud or received an invoice from EJO, your request regarding your signup and account data is made to EJO.
• If you use a company's EJO installation (e.g. you have an account at yourcompany.ejocloud.com or your commits appear in a company's EJO), the data controller of that data is that company. Make your request to it. If it reaches us, we forward it to the company and inform you.

How to submit

We respond to your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity; in that case the period starts when the information reaches us.
