This policy describes the cookies and browser storage used on the EJO Cloud signup site (ejocloud.com), operated by [Company name] ("EJO"), and in the EJO installations set up for organizations (<subdomain>.ejocloud.com). How your personal data is processed in general is described in the Personal Data Protection Notice.
In brief
EJO uses only essential cookies for the operation and security of the site and browser storage that remembers your settings. We do not use advertising, analytics, profiling or tracking cookies, and we do not load any third-party advertising or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). Because essential cookies are used under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interests), we do not ask for consent for them and do not show a cookie consent banner on the site.

Values in browser storage remain only in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
If an organization's administrator has connected their own single sign-on provider (e.g. an in-house SSO) to the installation, the cookies on that provider's page are the responsibility of that provider and your organization.
How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the signup form cannot be submitted and you cannot log in to the console.
Changes
If we add a new cookie, we will update this page. If we decide to add a non-essential cookie (for example analytics), we will enable it only with your explicit consent and in a way that lets you use the site without giving consent.
